🔄 Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, expired, or wrong product

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery


đŸšĢ Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Items without original packaging or damaged by the customer

  • Products bought during sale or clearance events

  2. Mention your Order ID, reason for refund, and attach photos of the product (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review your request within 48 hours

If your refund is approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to send the product back to us.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account after approval and product verification

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer
