• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before shipment—whichever comes first.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, expired, or incorrect.

  • The medicine or product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products.

• Products returned without original packaging or seals broken.

• Items requested for return after 7 days of delivery.
